Painting Operations/Project Manager

- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily labor force scheduling, logistics, and crew dispatch.
- Oversee inventory, shop organization, and vehicle/equipment maintenance.
- Provide, track, and analyze estimates for new projects.
- Report daily to ownership regarding project progress and operational bottlenecks.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Manage commercial/residential projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients for scope, changes, and final walkthroughs.
- Conduct site visits to enforce quality control, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Review and approve project-related documentation, including change orders and contracts.
Develop and maintain project schedules and, in some roles, perform 10-15% of painting tasks.
- Requirements:
- Strong leadership, logistical planning, and problem-solving skills; experience in construction operations or painting industry preferred.
- 5+ years of project management experience, knowledge of painting techniques, and proficiency in project software.
